Dehua County in Fujian Province is known as one of the three ancient porcelain capitals in China. Among Dehua porcelains, white porcelains are the most famous. The white porcelain sculpture "Spring Reigns Everywhere" was created by Xu Ruifeng, a master of arts and crafts from Fujian Province. The fairy maiden with divine grace is about to scatter fresh flowers to the world.
