Today, our journey of theOngoingHistory :fromShanghaiToMilano is with Pavilion Czech Republic! Theme in Expo2010 was “Fruits of Civilization”, with adoption of technical fruits to create better cities; visitors could discover different fruits of civilization moving from street to street.
This year in Expo2015, the most eye-catching aspect of the Czech pavilion, is the splendid pool with a sculpture by Lukas Rittstein, representing the co-existence of technology and nature. Another highlight of the exhibition is Laboratory of Silence, which recreates a mixed Czech forest, with real trees, complemented by robotic projectors that interact with the visitors, beaming detailed images of the trees in question onto the walls of the exhibition hall.
