The exhibit donated by Belarus Pavilion--a piece of straw plaited beaver artware.
In Expo Milano 2015, the Republic of Belarus was engaged in displaying its agricultural industry and power. This pavilion named by "The Wheel of Life" displayed the most important natural resources of Belarus: food, salt and water resources. It was designed to be a hill fully covered by green grass; from the middle of the hill, it was cut through in half, by which the main passageway was formed. The passageway went through the whole structure, just like a stream running through the landscape. At the same time, a large water-wheel was set up within, becoming a dynamic symbol for the whole structure. The exhibition hall under the cambered hill displayed the agricultural issues and the future strategies of Belarus.
