¡¡¡¡High level of cultural relics of exhibits and a large number of treasures

¡¡¡¡As the world's largest storage of Einstein, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem currently collects 83,000 objects about him, including manuscripts, letters, certificates, medals, etc. This special exhibition is rich in content and quantity. Among the 133 exhibits, 86 are originals, especially the original two-page manuscript on theory of general relativity, which is regarded as a top cultural relic in the history of science, has always been regarded as a national treasure by Israel and now come to mainland China for the first time. Others, such as the original papers on gravitational waves and the final notebook about thoughts over "Unified Field Theory" in his later years, are also precious treasures of Einstein's marvelous thoughts. In addition, the last letters between Einstein and Russell, the letters between Einstein and his family members and friends, his personal collections and artistic interests, and the first-hand historical materials about Einstein's contacts with China, all bring back a multifaceted and real Einstein to the audience. Of course, the original 1921 Nobel Prize in physics awarded to Einstein is sure to be the spotlight.

¡¡¡¡Yang Zhenning, a famous scientist, said at the opening ceremony that the collections of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem were priceless, their luck and the luck of all future generations.

¡¡¡¡Exhibition hall design: Integration of the sense of technology and the sense of art

¡¡¡¡Different from traditional exhibition of museum documents, this exhibition hall is designed with great ingenuity. Both tone of the Exhibition and lights and lines all highlight the sense of "deepness" and "exploration". Walking into the exhibition hall, you will see the lines on the wall with the sense of space-time distortion, which record the important historical events in Einstein's life and let visitors have the intuitive sense of "space and time bending". The circular arches connect different scenes as if you were in a spatio-temporal tunnel. In addition, 5 interactive devices are integrated into it. One round Hole after another, like lots of space-time, preserves Einstein's past memories. The Exhibition restores Einstein's study, lectern and other real exhibition areas, allowing people to feel the daily life of such a talented scientist.

¡¡¡¡5 interactive experiences to fully embrace the science world of Einstein

¡¡¡¡In addition to viewing the exhibits at a close range, viewers can also easily learn Einstein's many scientific theories through visual interaction experience in games. For example, viewers can ride the "Speed of Light Bike" to start a journey of time and space and feel the questions that Einstein ever pondered: what would the world be like when travelling at a speed close to the light? thereby understanding the special theory of relativity. In the interactive area of "visible gravity field", viewers incarnate as a small planet, forming a gravitational field in the universe, causing the space to sag and the light that originally went straight to be deflected, thus understanding the mystery revealed by the special theory of relativity. There are also interactive experiences such as "photoelectric effect that lights up the city","Einstein's theory books" and "Einstein's music world".

¡¡¡¡The 5 interactive facilities especially designed for the Exhibition add a lot of fun to the relatively boring science exhibition, allowing visitors to explore scientific knowledge and open infinite imagination through games. In the last part of the exhibition hall, a variety of Einstein-themed cultural and creative products with a wide variety of categories, imaginations and fun are also prepared.

¡¡¡¡Einstein laid the foundation for the Expo spirit

¡¡¡¡Einstein's achievements in physics, unique original ideas and unique appearances in different fields can be found in this Exhibition. Hanoch Gutfreund, academic director of the Einstein Archives, former president of Hebrew University of Jerusalem and honorary retired professor of theoretical physics, said,"We not only choose many objects from the library, but also bring everyone the story behind each exhibit..."

¡¡¡¡On May 6, 2010, the first two pages of the highly refined replica of Einstein's mass-energy equation manuscript were unveiled at the Israel Pavilion at World Expo Shanghai. This was a greeting from Einstein, expressing to the mankind that "the light of science and technology leads to human progress, and world peace is the common aspiration of all mankind". As this special exhibit attracted millions of visitors to the Israel Pavilion, the Israeli party finally decided to permanently present the exquisite replica to Shanghai World Expo Museum. This special exhibition once again settled in the Expo Museum, indicating that Einstein has a special relationship with the World Expo.

¡¡¡¡In 1938, Einstein was invited to write a letter to the humans 5,000 years later as a gift for the upcoming World Expo New York in 1939. The letter will be placed in a container called "The Time Capsule" along with other commonly used small objects, textiles and raw materials, microfilms and newsreels, and will be opened after 5,000 years. In this way, a letter condensing Einstein's wisdom was romantically and solemnly buried in Corona Park, 50 feet below Flushing Meadows, i.e. the site of the World Expo, laying the spiritual foundation for the Expo.
