"Green Desert, Better Environment", the International Horticultural Expo 2023 In Qatar has come to a successful conclusion on March 28, 2024, with a spectacular Closing Ceremony held on the same day.
The much-anticipated event attracted 24,102,967 visitors over 179 days, offering attendees a unique experience of exploring exquisite landscaped gardens and learning about green cultures from around the world.

The site of the International Horticultural Expo 2023 In Qatar is located on the Arabian Peninsula, where the Marina boasts a magnificent skyline.
With environmental management and sustainable development as its primary mission, the theme of the Expo is " Green Desert, Better Environment", reflecting the principles of Qatar's National Vision 2030.
Of particular note is the 1.7 million-square-meter Abida Park, the event's host space, which offers breathtaking views of the blue waters of the Arabian Gulf. Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage Special Presentation
During the International Horticultural Expo 2023 In Qatar, which coincided with the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Qatar and China, a separate exhibition area was set up for Chinese culture. The unique exhibition area of Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage culture and fine arts was not only used to display the representative works of Chinese artists, but also more than 80 performances brought by local Chinese diaspora were also exhibited here.
In particular, the works in the exhibition of China's fine art of Intangible Cultural Heritage culture and art cover embroidery, porcelain, jade carving, lacquer, wood carving, silverware, cloisonné, etc. All exhibits are authentic arts and crafts handmade by non-genetic inheritors selected from across the country.
